How is my order delivered to me?

Avssalesonline has partnered with top courier companies like The Courier Guy - Pudo, MDS Collivery, Dawnwing, Internet Express and others in South Africa to offer you the best delivery service possible. We deliver in all areas in South Africa, surrounding African countries as well as internationally with DHL. The perfumes are strictly delivered with The Courier Guy and Pudo for now.

When will I get my order?

Gauteng is 1-3 working days from when payment is received. Other areas are 2-5 working days depending on the area from when payment is received. International delivery is between 3 days to 12 weeks depending on the courier option chosen. *** PLEASE NOTE that pre-order items will have lead time of up to 10-14 days.

How do I track my Order?

No matter which delivery service is offered you will always be able to track your order and the instructions will be given to you when you have placed your order.

How much does courier cost?

Courier for Gauteng (main areas) starts from R75, courier for all other main cities and areas is from R90 up depending on the order. Pudo deliveries Start form R 60.00. Farms, rural areas and townships will incur an excess charge to deliver.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, for all the products except for the perfumes, but it also depends what product has been ordered, we offer collection for some of the products from our depot in Wendywood Sandton Johannesburg from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

What about free delivery?

We also offer free shipping for orders in Gauteng over R500 and all other areas in South Africa over R1000. ** free shipping and courier rates are subject to change at any time
